Please Review Before Booking: Deposits: A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. You can pay via Zelle (940.597.1593) or through the booking link on my website: thefitlash.glossgenius.com. If you reach out via text, call, or DM to schedule, I’ll send you the booking link along with consultation forms. These must be completed before your appointment is confirmed. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24–48 hours in advance to avoid fees. Less than 24 hours’ notice: $25 reschedule fee, due before your next appointment. Same-day cancellations: $35 reschedule fee, which does not go toward your future appointment. No-Shows: No-shows will be charged the full price of the missed service. I completely understand that life happens—but moving forward, full payment will be required before booking your next appointment. Booking Tips: Fills should be scheduled every 14–21 days to keep your lashes looking fresh. I recommend booking your fill right after your full set to avoid paying another deposit. Children: Out of care for your comfort and safety, I kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment. Life happens, and I completely understand! However, I kindly ask for at least one week's notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future appointment if rescheduling.
For no-call, no-show appointments, the full balance of the missed service must be paid before booking your next appointment. Please note that your deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
