Guidelines and Procedures 📌 Refund Policy If you have concerns about the service you received, please contact us within 24 hours so that concerns can be addressed accordingly. Refunds are not provided for eyelash extension services. However, if you experience an allergic reaction to our service, a complimentary removal will be offered. 📌 Early/Late Policy Please arrive promptly for your appointment. Note that our schedule often operates back-to-back, so if you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment may be subject to cancellation. 📌 Lash Fills For a fill, it's essential to have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining. If you can count the lashes left, it's likely no longer a fill, and you may be charged for a full set. Following proper aftercare instructions is crucial for maintaining good retention and extending the life of your lashes. If you suspect your fill appointment may require a full set, please adjust your appointment online or contact us to ensure sufficient time for your service. We recommend pre-booking your fills at least two weeks in advance to secure your preferred appointment time and maintain lash perfection for special events. 📌 Eye Makeup at Appointments Please arrive for your appointment with no eye makeup residue. Complimentary lash baths are provided with every service. Removing makeup during your appointment detracts from lashing time and may affect the longevity of your extensions. 📌 Cellphones Ensure your phone is on silent before your appointment to fully enjoy a distraction-free, relaxing environment. 📌 Children, Pets, Additional Guests Unfortunately, small children, pets, or additional guests cannot be accommodated in the salon. Treat your time with us as a spa experience to relax and rejuvenate. 📌 Squeeze-in Appointments If you require an appointment outside our regular availability, squeeze-in appointments are available for an additional $40 fee on top of the service total. Please give at least 24 hours prior to cancellation. Deposit are non refundable but will be transferred to a new appointment date you would like to make. If you no call or no show full balance will be due prior to booking your next service. Deposit will be non refundable.
